Return & Refund Policy
1. General Policy for Food Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products (cakes, chocolates, and bakery goods), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered and accepted. This ensures the highest food safety and hygiene standards for all our customers. 
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, you are entitled to a resolution:
  • Timeframe: You must report the issue within  2 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence: Please provide a photo of the damaged item and the original receipt.
  • Resolution: At our discretion, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund to your original payment method. 
3. Order Cancellation
  • Standard Orders: You may cancel your order at least  24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
  • Custom/Special Orders: Orders for personalized or custom-made cakes are non-refundable once production has begun. 
4. Refund Process
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.
  • Timeline: Processing typical refunds takes between 1 to 2 business days, depending on your bank's policies.

Summary of Legal Rights (Egypt 2025)
Under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, consumers have a general right to return non-perishable goods within 14 days. However, perishable food items are explicitly exempt from this "cooling-off" period unless they are defective or do not conform to the specifications ordered.
